Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the GuessStorm mobile application (“App”) provided by Mihran Muradyan (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Apple / Google standard terms
On iOS, the App is licensed under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect. On Android, Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your use of the store. These Terms supplement those store terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and the app stores’ rules.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the word database for redistribution
- Circumvent in-app purchase or unlock mechanisms
- Use the App in a way that violates law or third-party rights
- Resell or sublicense the App or its content
In-app purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases (for example lifetime premium or individual topic unlocks). Prices are shown in the store before you confirm payment. All payments are processed by Apple or Google; we do not handle your payment credentials.
- Purchases are tied to your store account.
- Refunds follow Apple or Google refund policies.
- Use Restore Purchases if you reinstall the App or change devices (same store account).
Content
Words, topics, graphics, sounds, and software in the App are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive no ownership rights in the content.
Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $10 IF YOU MADE NO PURCHASES.
Changes
We may update the App or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the App or features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
