How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app → Settings (gear on the home screen) → Restore Purchases. You can also tap Restore Purchases in the premium unlock dialog on the topic screen.

Use the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. For testing, use a Sandbox Apple ID (iOS: Settings → App Store → Sandbox Account).

I was charged but content is still locked

  1. Tap Restore Purchases in Settings.
  2. Force-quit the app and open it again.
  3. If it still fails, email us with your platform (iOS/Android), product name, and approximate purchase time. Do not send full payment card numbers.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not directly by us.

Which topics are free?

Free topics include Classic, Movies & TV, and Sports. Other topics can be unlocked individually or with GuessStorm Premium Lifetime.

The app shows an error about the word database

Try deleting the app and reinstalling from the App Store or TestFlight. Ensure you have enough free storage (the word database is several megabytes). If the problem continues, email us with your device model and iOS/Android version.

How many players / teams?

You can configure the number of teams in settings before starting a game (typically 2–6 teams). GuessStorm is designed as an in-person party game: one device, teams taking turns.

Supported languages

The app UI and word database support multiple languages including English, Armenian, Russian, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, and Portuguese. Change language from the home screen language menu.
