This Privacy Policy describes how GuessStorm (“we”, “us”, “the app”) handles information when you use our mobile application published by Mihran Muradyan (“developer”).

• GuessStorm is a local party game. We do not require you to create an account.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not run our own advertising or analytics SDKs in the app (as of the version described in this policy).
• In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not receive your payment card details.
• Some settings and purchase unlocks are stored on your device.

Information we collect

Information you provide

The app may let you enter team names and game settings on your device. This information is used only to run the game session and is not transmitted to our servers because GuessStorm does not operate a user account backend.

Information stored on your device

The app may store locally, using your device’s storage:

• Game settings (for example round time, sound, number of teams)
• Selected app language
• Purchase entitlements (which topics are unlocked, premium status) after a successful store purchase or restore
• A copy of the word database bundled with the app for offline play

You can remove this data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data (Android).

Purchase information

When you buy GuessStorm Premium or topic unlocks, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We receive only what the store provides to confirm the purchase (for example product identifiers and transaction status) so we can unlock content in the app. We do not process or store your credit card or bank details.

Information we do not collect

We do not intentionally collect:

• Email addresses or passwords (no account system)
• Precise location
• Contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or camera images
• Health or sensitive category data

How we use information

We use information only to:

• Operate gameplay (words, scores, timers, teams)
• Remember your preferences and unlocked content
• Validate and restore in-app purchases through the app stores
• Respond to support requests you send us by email

Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be processed by:

• Apple App Store / Google Play — payment and purchase records under their policies
• Law enforcement or regulators — only if required by applicable law

We do not share gameplay data with advertisers.

Children

GuessStorm is a family-friendly word game. The app is not directed at children under 13 to collect personal information. If you believe a child has provided us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

Data stored on your device remains until you delete the app or clear app storage. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information in our control (for example support email). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International users

The app is available in multiple countries. By using GuessStorm, you understand that store providers may process data in various locations under their own privacy policies.

Your rights (including US & EEA)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access or delete personal information we hold about you (mainly support correspondence)
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request portability where applicable

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
